The Mission
As Customer Success (Content) Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring our customers' satisfaction by providing exceptional support, building strong relationships and shaping OroraTech’s narrative and amplifying our mission to address global challenges. Your primary role will involve creating and managing compelling content that educates, engages, and inspires our diverse audience as well as you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, helping them navigate through our Wildfire Detection and Monitoring Solution, addressing their concerns, driving adoption and retention. You will work at the intersection between customer service, sales and product development supporting and managing relationships with our customers, partners and other stakeholders globally. By crafting high-quality content, you will strengthen our brand presence, connect with stakeholders, and drive awareness and adoption of our solutions globally.
Relevant Skills
At OroraTech, we value creativity, passion, and a proactive approach. Hard skills can always be learned. That being said, we are searching for someone with:
1-2 years professional experience in content creation, communications, marketing, customer support/success, account management or a related field
Proficiency in English, with additional language skills (e.g., Spanish or French) being a plus.
Exceptional writing, communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for diverse audiences.
Familiarity with GIS, remote sensing, wildfire management, or related fields is an advantage but not required.
Strong understanding of digital platforms, content analytics tools, and CRMs. Previous experience with Hubspot and Adobe (InDesgin, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Aftereffects, etc) are a plus.
